About Kirari West in Portland
Kirari West in Portland was established by three restauranteurs who have a passion for creating a place where the key ingredients are handcrafted in-house. These include gluten-free bread, baked goods as well as ricotta cheese and sauces. We believe that taking our time and putting great
care into our dishes will bring our customers exceptional culinary experiences.
We are committed to sourcing ingredients that we trust, including locally grown seasonal
vegetables, non-GMO gluten-free flour, free range eggs, organic sugar and micro-roasted coffee
beans.
We are a dedicated gluten-free facility that does not carry any wheat ingredients. As a result,
individuals who have Celiac Disease or are gluten intolerant can enjoy our products without fear
of cross contamination in our facility.
